IRID lenses are now capable of covering filter categories S1 to S3, helping athletes and sports enthusiasts to have excellent vision while playing their favorite sport. Made in Italy, technology and innovation are at the heart of the new collection.
The iconic BOT2 sunglasses and ELECTRA2 ski goggles both feature the electronic IRID lenses, able to sense ambient light and instantly adapt to it by brightening and darkening to provide the user with the best light filter under any circumstance. This is done in less than a second and without using any batteries (the only power source the lens needs is the sun), thus avoiding the annoying delay that characterizes normal photochromic lenses available on the market today.
